氧气检测仪的检测原理:
空气和被测气体通过扩散膜扩散到感应电极上。控制电路在感应电极和对电极之间维持一个足以开始电化学反应的电压。在被测气体的作用下产生的电化反应在两极之间形成电流。这一电流的强度与被测气体的浓度成比例,并且是可逆的。控制电路还在感应电极和参考电极之间形成偏置电平,这种电平在两极之间不形成电流。传感器的快速反应使它能够对周围空气进行实时、连续的检测。
氧气检测仪按采样方式可以分为扩散式和泵吸式检测两种,这两种检测方式各有各的优势。扩散式检测方式操作随意,检测时对传感器冲击力小,使用年限较长。泵吸式检测方式操作时需要掌握气源的密集方向,不能反方向检测,影响检测效果,检测灵敏度相对较高,但是使用年限相对较短一些。
