DOAS-3000 online differential ultraviolet spectrum analyzer is mainly used in the gas analysis industry, mainly Testing occasions: flue gas discharge, desulfurization and denitrification, boiler exhaust gas, VOCs exhaust gas emission, sewage pipeline gas detection and analysis, etc.

The sample gas according to the division The pressure, temperature, humidity, flow rate, (dust content), and cleanliness that the analyzer can accept can complete its processing function, mainly completing the following tasks:

Sample sampling: use a vacuum sampling pump or a DC brushless pump to extract the sample gas from the flue and other environments

Dust Filter: The measured gas passes through the precision dust filter and then enters the sampling pipeline. If it is a high-dust environment, it needs to be optionally equipped with an automatic reverse blowing system

cooling treatment: throughAfter cooling the sampling probe and sampling pipeline, it can treat gases within 2000℃

Heat tracing function: heating, insulation, prevent water vapor condensation and some gases from being dissolved in water

Dehumidification function: two-stage high-efficiency condensation dehumidification system, which stabilizes the dew point of the gas at 4℃ or 5℃

tar treatment: remove tar and residual dust after the sample gas passes through the tar filter

gas-water separation: free water appears after the sample gas cools down through the sampling pipeline, and the gas-water separator separates the gas, water and residual dust and automatically drains

secondary Filter: According to the size of the on-site humidity, secondary water vapor separation is carried out

Detection and analysis: real-time detection and display of concentration, and 4-20mA/RS485 and other signal modes transmit data, which can also be transmitted to remote servers or environmental protection bureaus and monitoring stations through wireless transmission or networks

Flow regulation: control the intake of gas

Gas switching: switching of measured gas, standard gas or air
