Exploration and development of low-permeability oil and gas fields requires a four-in-one testing instrument.
1. Project Background:
The National Engineering Laboratory for Exploration and Development of Low-Permeability Oil and Gas Fields requires a four-in-one detection instrument for preventing gas migration in air-foam enhanced oil recovery wells. The gases to be detected are methane, oxygen, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen.
2. Parameter Requirements:
Gas types and measurement ranges:
Methane (CH₄): 0-100% vol, 0.01% vol;
Carbon dioxide (CO₂): 0-100% vol, 0.01% vol;
Oxygen (O₂): 0-25% vol, 0.01% vol;
Nitrogen (N₂): 0-100% vol, 0.01% vol;
High-capacity battery: 15,000 mAh
3. Solution:
Recommended PTM600-4 (CH₄ + O₂ + CO₂ + N₂), with the following parameters:
Methane CH₄: 0-100% vol, 0.01% vol, imported laser TDLAS sensor
Carbon dioxide CO₂: 0-100% vol, 0.01% vol, imported high-precision infrared sensor
Oxygen O₂: 0-25% vol, 0.01% vol, imported industrial-grade electrochemical sensor
Nitrogen N₂: 0-100% vol, 0.01% vol; (calculated value)
The PTM600 is standardly equipped with a battery capacity of 10,800 mAh. According to the customer's special requirements, the supplier has increased the battery capacity inside the detector, with a total battery capacity of 15,000 mAh.
