Project background:
Epoxy ethane sterilization device is a key equipment for disposable sterile medical device manufacturing enterprises. Installation, operation and use management have their own special requirements. Using epoxy ethane as a sterilization agent, epoxy ethane is a broad-spectrum extermination. Bacterial agents can kill all kinds of microorganisms at room temperature, including spores, mycobacterium tuberculosis, bacteria, viruses, fungi, etc.
The ethylene oxide sterilization procedure needs to include preheating, prehumidification, vacuuming, gasification of epoxy ethane to reach the predetermined concentration, maintaining the sterilization time, removing the epoxy ethane gas in the sterilization cabinet, and analyzing to remove the residue of epoxy ethane in the sterilized items. 100% pure epoxy ethane or a mixture of epoxy ethane and carbon dioxide can be used for ethylene oxide sterilization. Generally, the sterilization conditions are: concentration, 800 mg/L~1000mg/L, temperature, 55℃~60℃, relative humidity 60%~80%, action time 6 h.
Therefore, it is particularly necessary to monitor the real-time concentration of ethylene oxide EO during the sterilization process. In the past, it has always relied on foreign testing equipment, and now Yiyuntian's online ethylene oxide concentration monitoring equipment can be highly replaced.
