2. Solution

The gas volume inside small food packaging bags is relatively small. Using conventional pump-type detection, the gas inside the bag is evacuated before the detection data stabilizes, making accurate detection impossible. For this application scenario, our company has developed a sampling and detection method that combines the equipment with an inlet needle and an outlet needle, creating a gas circulation loop to ensure sufficient gas volume for detection.
