GPS/Beidou real-time positioning, control the location of workers and instruments through the app or background, and improve the efficiency of emergency rescue;

◆ Cloud platform system:

Transmission through 4G network To the cloud platform, you can realize remote monitoring of on-site conditions, and make quick decisions according to environmental monitoring data, positioning and other information; you can view the history under the system. The history of the cloud platform is saved for 2 months by default, and the history can be downloaded and saved in time according to requirements;

Operation process:

Pre Check:

Before starting the operation in the restricted space, use the pump suction PTM600-S to sample and test the restricted space to detect oxygen, hydrogen sulfide and flammable gas in the closed space, and also to detect VOC volatile organic compounds in the closed space. After confirming the safety, the workers can enter the operation.

Enter:

In the operation, monitor the host outside the restricted space. Construction workers wear a portable detector PTM600-S operates and detects the gas concentration of the environment at any time. Outside guardians can view the monitoring data through mobile phones or iPads. If necessary, relay equipment can be added internally to extend the transmission distance.

Linkage warning:

Once the gas concentration of any detection point exceeds the standard, the instrument will alarm. Through the internal wireless network of the instrument, the alarm signal will be quickly transmitted to other instruments in the network, forming a linkage warning, and all workers can evacuate at the same time.

Remote monitoring:

All device measurement data and video images can be remotely to the background. The management center can remotely detect and deal with on-site accidents in a timely manner. So as to ensure the safe and orderly operation of cleaning operations.
