  气体在线监测系统 TH-3000概述

  DOAS-3000在线式差分紫外光谱分析仪主要应用于气体分析行业,主要检测场合:烟气排放,脱硫脱硝、锅炉尾气、VOCs尾气排放、污水管道气体检测分析等。

  主要原理是:采样单元采集现场的烟气或被测气体,预处理单元对气体进行过滤粉尘、高温降温、电伴热保温、双级高效除湿,并将被测气体的温度和湿度、粉尘颗粒物控制在一定范围,使之达到分析仪需要的洁净度,再送到气体分析单元进行检测分析,在显示屏上实时显示被测气体浓度,并将数据信号向外传输到PLC或者电脑等终端,也可以通过无线GPRS或网络传输到云服务器,用户再从服务器读取数据,可以实现全球联网监控分析。整个过程为自动化处理,不需人为干预处理。

  DOAS-3000在线式差分紫外光谱分析仪用于各种高温高湿或高粉尘的场合,可选配自动反吹系统,否则需要手动维护清洗粉尘过滤器。整个采样管路具有电伴热保温功能,即利于除去水汽又可防止部分气体溶于冷凝水提高检测分析的精度,内置双级高效冷凝除湿系统,可以将气体的露点稳定控制在4℃或5℃,满足各种原理的分析仪器对气体的湿度控制要求。

  气体在线监测系统 TH-3000原理介绍:

  将样气按照分析仪能够接受的压力、温度、湿度、流量、(含尘量)、以及干净程度完成其处理功能,主要完成以下几项工作:

  样品取样:用真空取样泵或直流无刷泵将样气从烟道等环境中抽出

  粉尘过滤:被测气体经过精密粉尘过滤器再进入取样管路,如果是高粉尘环境需要选配自动反吹系统

  降温处理:通过取样探头和取样管路降温,可以处理2000℃以内的气体

  伴热功能:加热、保温,防止水汽凝露和部分气体溶于水

  除湿功能:双级高效冷凝除湿系统,将气体的露点稳定控制在4℃或5℃

  焦油处理:样气经过焦油过滤器以后除去焦油和残余粉尘

  气水分离:样气经取样管路降温以后出现游离水,气水分离器将气、水、残余粉尘分开,自动排水

  二次过滤:根据现场湿度大小选配,进行二次水汽分离

  检测分析:实时检测并显示浓度,并以4-20mA/RS485等信号方式传输数据,也可以通过无线传输或网络传输到远程服务器或环保局、监测站

  流量调节:控制气体的进气量

  气体切换:进行被测气体、标准气体或空气的切换
