  防爆型气体报警器 MIC2000-Ex概述:

  MIC2000-Ex防爆型气体报警器主要应用于气体分析行业,主要检测场合:VOCs尾气排放、烟气排放,脱硫脱硝、锅炉尾气、污水管道气体检测分析、天然气管道等。

  主要原理是:采样单元采集现场的烟气或被测气体,预处理单元对气体进行降温、除湿、过滤粉尘,并将被测气体的温度和湿度恒定在一定范围,气体检测单元检测被输送过来的气体,在显示屏上实时显示被测气体浓度,并将数据信号向外传输到PLC或者电脑等终端。

  整个过程为自动化处理,不需人为干预处理。


  防爆型气体报警器 MIC2000-Ex产品特点:

  1、主电源采用市电AC220V 50Hz(主板工作电压为24VDC),备电采用24V蓄电池,使用方便

  2、控制器安装简单方便 3、内置微处理器,智能化报警、故障判断

  4、具有自诊断功能,可以检测现场探测器的故障情况

  防爆型气体报警器 MIC2000-Ex技术特性:

  (1)电源:AC220V(内置有AC220V转24VDC开关电源)或24V蓄电池

  4.1 控制器的工作原理

  报警控制器的CPU循环检测探测器的工作状态,当探测器监测到环境的气体浓度超过报警设定值时控制器发出声、光报警并根据设置输出联动控制信号。

  4.2 控制器的结构

  本产品采用壁挂式结构,先将挂墙结构件固定在墙上适当位置,连接好电源线、信号线、输出控制线,再将控制器挂在结构件上。

  4.3 控制器的机箱外形尺寸

  机箱尺寸:600*400*270MM(长*宽*高)。

  (1)工作状态指示灯:分为主电工作、备电工作,工作状态。

  主电工作灯:红色,主电源工作时常亮;

  备电工作灯:红色,备电源工作时常亮;

  工作状态灯:绿/黄色,控制器正常工作时,绿色灯闪亮;控制器出现故障时黄色灯闪亮;

  (2)浓度报警灯:红色,当监控环境的气体浓度超过报警设定值时红色指示灯闪亮并伴随有声音报警;

  (3)联动状态指示灯:从1号到4号共4个指示灯。在“继电器输出设置”功能中可指定某个探测器发生气体浓度达到低浓或高浓报警时发出某个或多个联动信号。

  当某个联动信号输出时,其相应的指示灯常亮、联动信号输出,气体浓度低于报警值时指示灯熄灭、联动信号停止输出。

  (4)按键说明:显示屏下方共8个按键,说明如下:

  复位:控制器如果有历史报警,“浓度报警”状态灯会一直亮着,此时按“复位”可消除报警状态

  菜单/返回:按此键可进入菜单,当进入菜单后,按下此按键,可以返回上级菜单,连续按可退出主菜单

  确认:当进入控制器菜单后,按下此按键,可以进行确认操作

  消音:当控制器处于报警状态时,蜂鸣器会一直响,按下此按键可以消音,再此按下可恢复声音

  1. 电源开关:扭动按钮控制仪器的开关,左边(分)为关机,右边(合)为开机。

  2. 电源指示灯:电源指示灯用于表示控制器的电源状态,亮灯代表仪器正常工作。

  3. 复位键:清除历史报警状态和报警输出,重新获取新的报警信息
