Gas alarm controller MIC3000 Product overview:

Gas alarm controller is a gas concentration monitoring and leakage centralized alarm controller, and the power supply is directly supplied by the mains power grid or storage battery. This alarm controller receives RS485 signals and 4-20mA. For the time being, it can only receive RS485 signals output by various online detectors of the company. If you need to access the standard RS485 signals of other manufacturers, please contact our company for confirmation. A gas alarm controller can be connected to 120-way bus-based RS485 output gas detector and 8-channel 4-20mA output gas detector, more input channels can be customized.


Gas alarm controller MIC3000 functional features:

●9-inch high-definition touch color screen display, Chinese and English operation interface can be switched (default Chinese interface).

● Various gas detectors, temperature and humidity transmitters, pressure transmitters, wind speed transmitters, dust detectors and other 4-20mA signals can be connected.

● Units can be selected: PPM, LEL%, Vol%, mg/m3, ug/L, PPHM, ℃, RH%, Pa, kg,PSI, m/s

●4-20mA and RS485 can be input at the same time; data output supports standard MODBUS protocol optional: 8-way 4-20mA output, Ethernet module, upper computer monitoring software, RS485/RS232 converter, USB- RS232 connection cable (computers without serial port need to be optional)

● Modular structure design, the standard channel is 1 channel (up to 32 channels) 4-20mA input signal, and 255 RS485 input signals can be connected at the same time, and more channel input signals can be customized , controllers can communicate with each other.

● The gas alarm controller has a data recording function, standard large-capacity transmission storage, and a larger capacity can be customized.The storage time interval can be set arbitrarily to record time, concentration value, alarm information, etc. You can set to record real-time concentration or only record alarm information. The default setting is only to record alarm information. Support this machine to view all records, selectively view records, and delete records.

● Three display modes can be switched: each screen displays the concentration of 6 channels, the large font cycle displays the concentration of a single channel, and the real-time curve. The automatic cycle or manual cycle between each channel can be switched. You can set whether to display the maximum value, minimum value, gas name, and view the history curve.

● The gas alarm controller is connected to the computer monitoring function, which can connect to the computer to continuously monitor the real-time concentration 24 hours a day through the upper computer software, automatically store data on the computer, computer alarm (requires dubbing box), or through the upper computerThe machine software reads the records stored in a probe or all probes and conducts data analysis.
