The use of hydrogen sulfide detector

Publication Date:2021/07/22

hydrogen sulfide is the 1 kind of inorganic compounds, is the 1 kind of acute toxic, inhalation of a small amount of high concentration of hydrogen sulfide can be fatal in a short time, even if the low concentration of hydrogen sulfide on the eyes, respiratory system and central nervous system have an impact. The hydrogen sulfide gas detector is the 1 instrument designed and produced for workers working in dangerous operating environments such as chemical industry, power plants, metallurgy, tunnels, mines, etc., who are vulnerable to the threat of hydrogen sulfide leakage. Do you know how to use the hydrogen sulfide detector ? The following is a brief introduction by yi yun Tian:

The use of hydrogen sulfide detector is as follows:

1. the inspected hydrogen sulfide detector is in good appearance, all parts are assembled firmly, without looseness, all accessories are complete, all knobs or keys are operated and controlled normally, the power-on display part of the alarm is clear and normal, and the alarm sound and alarm lamp are normal.

2. the verification environmental conditions of hydrogen sulfide detector are: temperature (0~40)℃ and humidity ≤ 85%, the surrounding environment is well ventilated, and there is no interference with the tested components.

3. this device uses purified compressed air as zero gas, hydrogen sulfide with a concentration of 40ppm as calibration standard gas, hydrogen sulfide with a concentration of 10ppm, 25ppm and 40ppm as error calibration standard gas, and hydrogen sulfide with a concentration of 15ppm as alarm error calibration standard gas, hydrogen sulfide with a concentration of 25ppm is used as the response time verification standard gas. The verification calibration pressure of the standard gas is ≤ 0.02MPa, and the verification calibration flow rate is 0.2~0.4L/min.

4. zero calibration: connect the instrument power supply or charge to saturation state, turn on the instrument power switch for preheating time & gt;5min, zero gas is introduced for zero calibration, so that the instrument indication value is 0.

5. indication calibration: hydrogen sulfide standard sample gas with a concentration of 40ppm is introduced for indication calibration, so that the instrument indication is 40ppm ± 2.5ppm.

6, indication error verification: hydrogen sulfide standard gas with concentrations of 10ppm, 25ppm and 40ppm is introduced respectively, and the indication value is recorded after the indication value of the hydrogen sulfide detector is stable, and each verification point is done three times in a row.

7. repeatability verification: pass in the zero gas to calibrate the zero point, then pass in the hydrogen sulfide standard sample gas with a concentration of 25ppm, record the indication value after the instrument indication value is stable, and repeat it six times.

8 and 5ppm point alarm error verification: pass in the zero gas to calibrate the zero point, then pass in the hydrogen sulfide standard sample gas with a concentration of 10ppm, record the actual alarm point concentration indication value of the instrument, and repeat it three times.

9 and 10ppm point alarm error verification: pass in the zero gas to calibrate the zero point, then pass in the hydrogen sulfide standard sample gas with a concentration of 15ppm, record the actual alarm point concentration indication value of the instrument, and repeat it three times.

To sum up, it is the use of hydrogen sulfide detector. By using the hydrogen sulfide detector correctly, we can better guarantee the accuracy of the detection data to a certain extent, so as to better protect the environment and the personnel.
