1. Find out the possible leakage points of the device to be monitored, analyze their leakage pressure, direction and other factors, and draw the probe position distribution map, according to the severity of leakage is divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ three levels.

2. According to the specific factors such as the airflow direction and wind direction of the place, judge the leakage direction of combustible gas when a large amount of leakage occurs.

3. according to the density of the leaking gas (greater than or less than air) and the air flow trend, the three-dimensional flow trend chart of the leakage is integrated, and the initial point setting scheme is made at the downstream position of the flow.

4. Study whether the leakage state of the leakage point is micro-leakage or jet. If it is a slight leak, the location of the set point should be close to the leak point. In the case of a jet-like leak, move slightly away from the point of the leak. Based on these conditions, a final site plan is drawn up. In this way, the quantity and variety of purchases that need to be made can be estimated.

5. for places with large combustible gas leakage, the gas detector shall set up a detection point every 10-20m apart according to relevant regulations. For unattended small and discontinuous pump room, it is necessary to pay attention to the possibility of combustible gas leakage. Generally, a detector should be installed at the downwind.

6. the gas detector is installed in an area where gas leakage may occur. the gas detector must be installed firmly, and the installation position is determined according to the specific gravity of the measured gas relative to air. because the specific gravity of the measured gas is less than air, c should be installed 30~60cm from the ceiling. Fix the detector on the wall with φ8 expansion screws.
