2. when the detection point is located on the upwind side of the annual small frequency wind direction of the release source, the distance between the combustible gas detection point and the release source should not be greater than 15m; When the detection point is located on the downwind side of the annual small frequency direction of the release source, the distance between the combustible gas detection point and the release source should not be greater than 5m.

3. according to the dominant wind direction of the place, the possible circulation phenomenon of the air, the upward trend of the air flow and the habitual passage of the natural air flow in the workshop, the natural diffusion trend wind direction diagram of combustible gas on the plane when a large amount of leakage occurs is comprehensively inferred.

4, In the study of the leakage point of the situation, the leakage point is a point leakage state micro leakage or jet-like leakage. If it is a micro leak, the location of the set point should be a little closer to the leak point. If it is in the form of jet, it is slightly away from a point of leakage. 5. if the measured gas is liquefied gas with a large air proportion and is deposited downward after leakage, the combustible gas alarm should be installed at a height of 0.3-0.6m from the ground.If the gas on the north side is natural gas, its air proportion is small, and it floats upward after leakage, the combustible gas alarm should be installed 0.5 m-2m higher than the release source. The inspection shall be installed in a place without impact, vibration, strong electromagnetic field interference and easy maintenance. A clearance of not less than 0.5m shall be left between the place where the probe is installed and the surrounding pipelines or settings.

6. if it is between the open flame heating furnace and the combustible gas release source, a combustible gas alarm shall be set up 5m away from the side of the heating furnace. When there is a solid wall of non-combustible material between the open flame heating furnace and the combustible gas release source, the side of the solid wall close to the release source shall be provided with a combustible gas alarm. When the air conditioner of the control room, cabinet room and substation enters the opening of the building due to air outlet, cable trench and cable tray, and combustible gas may enter, combustible gas alarm shall be installed here. Combustible gas alarms shall be set up in places where combustible gas is easily gathered, such as gas wells, pits and even sewage pipes. When the gas alarm is set, the output signal should be digital signal, contact signal, milliampere signal or millivolt signal.
