hydrogen gas in the air can be checked by using the hydrogen detector. it is the 1 instrument that can continuously detect the hydrogen concentration in the working environment. When the hydrogen detector senses the presence of toxic gases in the measured place, the sensor converts the hydrogen concentration signal into a voltage signal or a current signal and transmits it to the alarm instrument, and the instrument shows the percentage concentration value of the lower explosive limit of hydrogen gas. There are three principles used by the sensor, as follows:
1, catalytic combustion principle:
detect the lower explosion limit of hydrogen, the range is 0-100% LEL(0-4% VOL).
2, electrochemical principle:
detects hydrogen concentration in small range, range: 0-1000,2000,5000,10000,40000ppm, high precision and good sensitivity.
4, thermal conductivity principle:
detects the purity of hydrogen, with a range of 0-10%,50%,100 VOL.
These three principles of hydrogen detectors have their own advantages, and they are generally selected according to specific requirements in industrial production.
