dust particle counter works:
The light from the light source is focused in the measuring cavity by the lens group. When each particle in the air quickly passes through the measuring cavity, the incident light is scattered once to form a light pulse signal. This optical signal is sent to the optical detector through the lens group 2, converted into an electrical pulse signal in proportion, and then amplified and discriminated by the electronic circuit of the instrument to pick out the required signal and display it through the counting system.
the dust particle counter extracts the sampling gas through the sampling pump. in the laser chamber, the sampling gas is irradiated by the laser, and the frequency of the flash reflected by the particles represents the number of particles, the reflected light intensity, and the particle size of the particles. the components in the laser chamber are not protected by sheath gas.
dust particle counter is based on the principle of laser scattering. it adopts industrial-grade long-life high-temperature-resistant linear laser and vehicle-grade large-flow turbo fan. it can stably, reliably and accurately display the number of particles above 0.3μm, support 485 communication, and can remotely monitor the dust concentration change in the working environment. Moreover, it has the function of intelligent linkage with purification equipment such as FFU fans, and always maintains the number of suspended particles in the environment within the lower range required by the standard. In doing so, its energy consumption and equipment loss will be controlled at a lower level.
