Failure 1. Low-concentration gas cannot be detected.

Solution ::

1. Check whether the air pump of the gas detector is working properly, and block the air inlet with your fingers for 5 seconds. If it feels normal, it has obvious attraction. No attraction, check whether the air inlet is blocked.

2, zero point calibration with nitrogen or calibration in clean air, check after calibration

3.After calibrating the zero point, if the measured gas cannot be detected, the factory settings of the gas detector need to be restored

4. the above steps have been operated, but they cannot be detected. it is necessary to confirm whether there is the measured gas on site, or the concentration of the measured gas is really very low, which cannot be detected if it is lower than the minimum detection accuracy of the gas sensor.

Fault 2. There is no measured gas in the air, but the value changes greatly or jumps.

solution:

1. the short-time zero point variation range is less than 1% of the maximum range, and the long-time drift of unmeasured gas is less than 2% of the maximum range. when exceeding this range, it is necessary to confirm whether there is measured gas on site, and the temperature and humidity in the air vary greatly, the value is unstable

2. confirm whether the gas detector carries out zero point calibration or target point calibration operation. if there is detected gas, the zero point calibration operation may not be able to detect low concentration gas. if there is detected gas, the target point calibration is carried out, but the calibrated concentration value is inconsistent with the actual concentration value, the value of the gas detector changes greatly or the detected value becomes smaller

4. If the problem cannot be solved, confirm whether the gas detector impacts the gas sensor through high-concentration gas or high-concentration gas.If the gas sensor is impacted, after the gas sensor is started and aged for 24 hours, if the value is unstable, the gas sensor may be impacted and damaged, and the gas sensor needs to be replaced.

Failure 3. The check is incorrect.

solution ::

1. confirm whether the gas concentration on site is correct, and there is a big gap between the theoretical value and the actual value. calibrate the gas detector by standard gas to ensure the correctness of detection, or send it to a third-party metering organization for calibration

2. if the gas sensor is used for a long time, the measured value may have errors. It is necessary to confirm with the manufacturer whether the gas sensor can continue to be used. If the sensor itself is close to the service life, it can be used normally in a short time even after re-labeling, but the measured value of the gas detector will drift and the detection will be incorrect. It is recommended to replace the gas sensor.

Fault 4, the value is 0 or the alarm value is not reached in the air.

solution:

1. check whether the various alarm parameters of the gas detector have been modified

2.Check whether the alarm mode and alarm mode of the gas detector have been modified

3. check whether the alarm state of the gas detector is a concentration alarm or other fault alarm. the words A1 or A2 appear in the concentration alarm and the red light flashes

4. if the gas detector alarm is caused by human operation modification, it can be solved by restoring factory installation, fault alarm needs to be further checked for short circuit, open circuit, poor contact, sensor failure, etc., or return to the factory for inspection.
