Precautions for routine maintenance of gas detector:

1. Comprehensive machine inspection: usually check the detector regularly.

2. Sensor maintenance: usually re-check the calibration between 6 months and 1 year after installation, and the inspector will fill in the test report.

3. The sensor of the gas sensor must be replaced when it loses its sensitivity. Regularly calibrate to determine whether the sensor is faulty. If the correction value does not reach the standard gas value, replace the sensor.

Precautions for daily use of the gas detector:

1. The VOC detector is tested in the normal working environment, and the working life of the sensor is more than 2 years.

2. In order to ensure the measurement accuracy, portable gas detectors need to be calibrated regularly for more than one year.

3. Prevent the portable gas detector from being exposed to high-concentration gas above the detection range. It is strictly prohibited to collide or the working life of the sensor may be lost.

4. in the absence of corrosive gases, fumes, dust, portable gas detector should be used.

5. If the machine does not respond for a long time, please turn off the power of the portable gas detector and restart it.

6. Prevent the portable VOC detector from falling from a height or vibrating violently.
