The use of ozone detector
Publication Date:2021/09/27 The ozone detector is the 1 gas detector mainly used to detect the content of ozone in the air and the concentration of ozone. It is used in ozone preparation workshops, chemical, petroleum, paper, textile, pharmaceutical and flavor industries, therefore, it can be widely used in the need for mobile fast and accurate detection and reading of the ozone gas concentration, temperature and humidity measurement and excessive alarm occasions. Although the ozone detector is widely used, many friends are still very unfamiliar with its use method, which leads to the failure to use it normally. So how do you use ozone detector ? The following is a brief introduction by yi yun Tian:

how to use the ozone detector:
1. there are 5 buttons on the surface of the ozone detector instrument. the red buttons are the buttons for starting up and shutting down, the up arrow is the maximum value during the detection period, and the down arrow is the zero calibration button, from the instrument display screen, we can see the detection range of the instrument. Opening the instrument display sensor requires preparation time, and specific detection data will be displayed after normal operation.
2. under the gas measurement interface, the long button can automatically switch the gas concentration unit for 3 seconds, and the concentration value will be automatically converted by the system.Under the gas measurement interface, the alarm function is turned on when "BEEP_ON" is displayed. When the concentration is greater than the low alarm point, the yellow indicator light flashes and there is a "drop, drop" alarm sound. When the concentration is greater than the high alarm point, the red indicator light flashes and there is a more rapid "drop, drop" alarm sound. Press and hold for 3 seconds, and when the display changes to "BEEP_OFF", the alarm function is turned off. In the gas measurement interface, when "PUMP_ON ++" is displayed, the pump function of the instrument is turned on, and when long press for 3 seconds, the pump function of the instrument is turned off as "PUMP_OFF.
3. The detection value of the ozone detector is the initial value and needs to be detected after calibration. Please operate strictly according to the product manual to avoid damage to the ozone detector. After calibration, the test is carried out again, and the data detected at this time is the correct value.
4. shut down and properly keep the ozone detector. it should be noted that if it is not a waterproof model, please do not expose it to humid environment for a long time.
In summary, it is how to use the ozone detector. In order to ensure the normal operation of the ozone detector, we should avoid the danger of ignition caused by electrostatic charge during maintenance and cleaning. If used in an explosive atmosphere, do not touch and wipe the equipment. If it is necessary to touch and wipe, it should be carried out in a safe place, and the shell should be wiped with a dry cloth. It is strictly forbidden to wipe the shell with a dry cloth.
