Four-in-one gas detector alarm range
Publication Date:2021/10/20 The four-in-one gas detector refers to a gas detector that can detect 4 different gases at the same time. It can be applied to the on-site 24-hour continuous on-line monitoring of various gas concentrations and the measurement of temperature and humidity, on-site display of concentration and output of standard signals, and remote data transmission. When the gas in the air reaches a certain concentration, the four-in-one gas detector will automatically sound and light alarm to remind people to take corresponding measures in time to avoid major accidents. However, many friends still know little about the alarm range of the four-in-one gas detector, so do you know what the alarm range of four-in-one gas detector is? The following is a brief introduction by yi yun Tian:
four-in-one gas detector alarm range: (methane CH4, carbon oxide CO, oxygen O2, hydrogen sulfide H2S)
1. methane (CH4): when it exceeds 1.00%, the four-in-one gas detector alarms
when the methane (CH4) value on the meter is lower than 1.00%, it is normal.
When the methane (CH4) value on the meter exceeds 5%, there is a great danger of explosion. Electric fire welding is prohibited.
Methane (CH4) on the meter exceeding 25% can cause headache, dizziness, fatigue, inattention, and rapid breathing and heartbeat. Breathed outside every 30 minutes or so.
2. carbon oxide (CO): the four-in-one gas detector alarms when it exceeds 24ppm
When the carbon monoxide (CO) on the meter exceeds 50pm, it is the maximum content allowed for adults to be in it.
When the carbon monoxide (CO) on the meter exceeds 200ppm, (2-3) hours later, there is a slight headache. Dizziness, sad heart phenomenon, every 30 minutes or so to breathe outside.
When the carbon monoxide (CO) on the meter exceeds 400ppm, leave the site immediately and report to the central control room.
3. Oxygen (02): when it is lower than 18.0, the four-in-one gas detector will alarm
The oxygen (O2) value on the meter is 20.9, which is the normal oxygen content in the air.
when the oxygen (O2) value on the meter is less than 15%, people will have shortness of breath, headache, dizziness and fatigue. If the action is slow, leave the scene immediately and report to the central control room.
4. hydrogen sulfide (H2S): when it exceeds 10ppm, the four-in-one gas detector will alarm
when hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the meter is 50ppm -- 100pa, there is a stinging smell. Breathed outside every 30 minutes or so.
when hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is 100ppm -- 200pm on the meter, the olfactory is paralyzed, immediately leave the site and report to the central control room.
Poisoning within one hour when hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on the meter exceeds 200pm. Leave the site immediately and report to the central control room.
In summary, the four-in-one gas detector alarm range. The four-in-one gas detector is the 1 gas detector for single gas or multiple gases that can be flexibly configured. It can be equipped with a combustible gas sensor and optionally two toxic gas sensors or optionally four toxic gas sensors or optionally a single gas sensor. We can choose the actual needs of the four-body gas and alarm range values.
