What are the components of the combustible gas detector?
Publication Date:2021/10/21 Nowadays, in restaurants, hotels, family production rooms and other places that use gas, natural gas, and liquefied gas, it is necessary to install combustible gas detectors. It is the 1 kind of single or multiple combustible gas concentration response detector, can be widely used for portable rapid detection of combustible gas concentration, temperature and humidity measurement and excessive alarm occasions. However, there are many friends who know more about combustible gas detectors, but their specific components are still very unfamiliar. So what are the parts of Combustible Gas Detector ? The following is a brief introduction by yi yun Tian:
combustible gas detector consists of detection and detection, with detection and detection functions.
1, detection part
the principle of the combustible gas detection part is that the sensor of the instrument uses detection elements and fixed resistance and zero potentiometer constitute the detection bridge. The bridge uses platinum wire as the carrier catalyst element. After electrification, the temperature of the platinum wire rises to the working temperature, and the air reaches the surface of the element by natural diffusion or other means. When there is no flammable gas in the air, the output of the bridge circuit is zero. When the air contains flammable gas and diffuses to the detection element, flameless combustion occurs due to catalytic action, which increases the temperature of the detection element and increases the resistance of the platinum wire. The bridge circuit loses balance, so that a voltage signal is output. The magnitude of this voltage is proportional to the concentration of flammable gas. The signal is amplified and converted into analog to digital, the concentration of the flammable gas is displayed by the liquid display.
2, detection part
The principle of the detection part is that when the measured combustible gas concentration exceeds the limit value, the amplified bridge output voltage and the circuit detect the set voltage, through the voltage comparator, the square wave generator outputs the 1 set of square wave signals, controls the sound, the light detection circuit, the buzzer generates a continuous sound, the light-emitting diode flashes, and sends out Detection signal. From the principle of combustible gas detector, it can be seen that if electromagnetic interference occurs, the detection signal will be affected and data deviation will occur. If there is collision and vibration, the equipment will be disconnected and the detection will fail. If the environment is too humid or the equipment enters water, it may also cause short circuit of combustible gas detector, or change of line resistance value, resulting in detection failure.
In summary, it is the component of the combustible gas detector. However, due to the different types of combustible gas detectors, we should choose different combustible gas detectors when applying different places. The use of coal gas, natural gas, liquefied gas places should use semiconductor type combustible gas detector, and the emission of combustible gas, combustible steam industrial places should use catalytic combustible gas detector.
