Calibration Method of VOC Detector

In order to effectively control the various hazards it brings us, at present we mainly use the VOC detector for real-time online detection of VOC concentration in the working environment. When the specified standard limit value is exceeded, it will issue an alarm in time to remind the field staff to take measures to avoid the occurrence of poisoning accidents. However, the VOC detector requires installation, calibration, calibration and other operations before use, otherwise the VOC determination cannot be carried out. Then you know VOC detector ? VOC detector calibration method:
1. take the VOC detector to a cool and ventilated place outdoors and power on the VOC detector for more than 2 hours. (outdoor field air fresh, no detection of the target gas, the instrument can be zeroed).
2. Adjust the zero point, open the upper cover of the VOC detector, and adjust according to the keys on the screen. The keys are "move left, confirm, move right".
3. first press the middle "confirm key" to display menu options on the screen. move the target to the "zero point" option through the right shift key. press the middle "confirm" key to display OK, which means the zero point adjustment is successful.
4. after the zero point adjustment is completed, take out the calibration device, fixed VOC gas detector, display screen, standard gas hood, flowmeter, pressure reducing valve, standard gas, gas pipe, etc.
5. put the calibration cover on the gas cup of VOC detector, open the valve of standard gas, and adjust the pressure to 0-4-0.5L/min.
6. when the standard gas enters the gas chamber of the VOC detector, the gas concentration is displayed on the display screen.
7. Wait for the value to stabilize and wait for 1-3min to see if the value displayed on the display is consistent with the standard gas value.
8. if there is any deviation in the value, press the "confirm" key, move the "menu" to the "range" interface, and press the "confirm" key to enter.
9. Adjust the value to match the standard gas with the left and right movement keys, and then press the "Enter" key.
10. The screen displays the word "OK", that is, the calibration is successful.

VOC detector is a gas detector mainly used for detecting VOC concentration in workshops and factory boundaries, emergency monitoring of safety accidents, and rapid detection of exhaust emission concentration up to standard.
