What are the data transmission methods of composite gas detector?
Publication Date:2022/04/12 at present, in the gas detector market, some composite gas detectors do not have the relevant functions of uploading data to the platform through 4G to realize wireless management due to their own equipment structure. if they can only detect but not upload, it may lead to prolonged external acceptance of specific conditions and take more time to process. Therefore, the composite gas detector with data transmission is a very important aspect. Do you know how many data transmission methods are available for composite gas detector ? The following is a brief introduction by yi yun Tian:

Composite Gas Detector Data Transmission Method:
1. Wired transmission:
The gas controller of the compound gas detector can output RS485 signals, the converter is converted into RS232 signals and transmitted to the computer terminal or SIS system.
2, wireless transmission:
The gas controller of the composite gas detector can pass the collected signal through the 2G/4G network, wireless transmission to a computer terminal or SIS system.
At present, most of the data monitoring systems for composite gas detectors mainly consist of data servers, TV walls, central monitoring servers, computer clients, mobile phone APP and other parts. At this time, the detector can realize real-time concentration display on the computer through the gas alarm controller and monitoring management software, and can also transmit real-time monitoring data and alarm status to the safety control center through the optional wireless module, so as to automatically draw the gas concentration curve according to the detection information, view the gas concentration change in real time, and provide powerful data for predicting the occurrence of accidents in advance.
To sum up, we can see that the data transmission mode of the composite gas detector mainly includes wired transmission and wireless transmission. These two different data transmission methods can better help the composite gas detector to monitor the concentration of a variety of gases online, so that when the gas concentration exceeds the standard, it can send out sound and light alarm and early warning in time, so as to better protect the occupational health and safety of workers and production safety.
