What is the principle of gas alarm?
Publication Date:2022/06/07What is the principle of the gas alarm? The gas detection alarm is a gas leak detection alarm controller. The following editor will introduce the working principle of the gas detection alarm.
The principle of gas detection is divided into electrochemical, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, and infrared.

electrochemical sensors are used to detect toxic gases such as sulfur hexafluoride in power plants, it reacts directly with gases measured in the environment by diffusion, producing a linear voltage signal. The circuit is composed of a plurality of integrated circuits. The signal is amplified, A/D converted, and the measured gas concentration is directly displayed on the LCD screen. When the gas concentration reaches the preset alarm value, the buzzer and light-emitting diode will send out sound and light and vibration alarm signals.
The detector installed on site is explosion-proof, and the detection gas is powered by the controller. When a gas leak occurs, the sensor converts the leak into a corresponding voltage signal output. The electrical signal is processed by the detector and then uploaded to the controller. After receiving the controller, the data will be analyzed and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the controller sends an alarm to drive external equipment (exhaust, cut off, spray and other systems) to realize the guarantee function of safe production.
