1. Indication is unstable.


Observe whether the calibration cover is completely covered, whether there is any large mechanical magnetic field interference on site or the sensing element has expired. Strong electromagnetic field interferes with the normal operation of the alarm controller instrument. When installing the alarm controller, check whether there is a strong electromagnetic field around or there is a large mechanical equipment that can generate a magnetic field.


2. Indication does not return to zero.


If the zero point drifts, use clean air to re-calibrate the zero point. If there is residual gas or dust in the sensor protective cover, clean or replace it. If it still does not return to zero after the above steps, it can only be adjusted mechanically or initialized by magnetic rod and remote controller.

Observe whether the sensing element of the combustible gas alarm detector is normally connected and working. The circuit board is used for a long time without regular maintenance, which causes the interface to be loose or a component to be damaged. A multimeter can be used to detect whether the sensing element is normally energized and whether the output is normal.


4. The corresponding address shows the idle state.


This is mainly caused by the inability to connect the detector of the combustible gas alarm to the alarm controller. Reconnect the connection line between the detector of the combustible gas alarm and the controller. It should be noted that the detector line sequence of the combustible gas alarm must be consistent with the controller line sequence.


5. The working indicator does not light up after the power is turned on.


Check the fuse and observe whether there is a fuse or a short circuit or open circuit in the internal circuit. If the combustible gas alarm can be powered on normally after investigation, the display lamp works normally, and the communication lamp works normally, then the detection shall be carried out.


6. The detector of the combustible gas alarm is damaged.


When the sensing element is in a high-concentration gas detection environment for a long time, it will burn out due to excessive carrying current, or it will be in a humid and smoke environment for a long time, resulting in a sudden drop in its service life until it disappears and cannot work normally. There is also a part of the daily maintenance personnel due to non-professional maintenance damage to the combustible gas alarm detector.
