how to use the four-in-one gas detector :
1. before using the four-in-one gas detector, press the power button, wait for the gas detector to complete the power-on self-test, and then operate normally after hearing the buzzer sound. when detecting gas, the user must be careful to wait until the detected gas reading is stable before recording the value of the gas concentration.
2. before entering the working range, safety confirmation must be carried out. after confirming that there is no potential safety hazard, it is allowed to enter the working face for detection. When the detection instrument alarm, should be promptly withdrawn from the working face, and forced ventilation for more than half an hour, and then tested. The inspection personnel must write the inspection results of the operation site on the confirmation sheet and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the inspection data.
3. confirm the type and concentration range of the gas to be detected: the type of gas encountered in each production department is different, and all possible situations should be taken into account when selecting a gas detector.
4. Avoid exposing combustible gas sensors to lead-containing compounds, silicone resins, and chlorinated hydrocarbons. Although some organic vapors (such as leaded gasoline, halogenated hydrocarbons) may temporarily stop the sensor from working properly, in most cases, its function can be restored through calibration.
