Calibration method of oxygen analyzer
Publication Date:2021/07/30 oxygen analyzer is the 1 kind of gas detection instrument used in mobile occasions requiring accurate detection and analysis of oxygen concentration, temperature and humidity measurement. it can be widely used in the detection of oxygen concentration in mixed gas in heating furnace, chemical reaction vessel (reactor, centrifuge), industrial nitrogen production and other occasions, and the detection of oxygen concentration in protective gas in cement industry, building materials industry and electronic industry. However, no matter what kind of instrument, after a relatively long period of time, the measurement accuracy will drift with the use of time, at this time, we need to calibrate it. Do you know how to calibrate a oxygen analyzer ? The following is a brief introduction by yi yun Tian:

Oxygen Analyzer Calibration Method:
1. Preparation for calibration:
standard gas requires high purity nitrogen or O2 in about 0.2 nitrogen as zero standard gas and O2 in about 20.0 nitrogen as range standard gas.
2, zero calibration:
30 minutes after the oxygen analyzer is turned on, supply zero standard gas to the oxygen analyzer, after the display is stable for about 10 minutes, the display value is compared with the nominal value of the standard gas. See if it is within the error range, if it is within the error range, it does not need to be modified, and if it is outside the error range, it needs to be modified. Enter the oxygen analyzer calibration setting to select user calibration and press confirm to enter, then press ▲ or ▼ key to modify the value to the "standard gas nominal value", press and hold the ▲ or ▼ key to quickly modify. After the modification, press the Enter key to save the value and automatically enter the range calibration. Press the menu key to exit.
3. Range calibration:
30 minutes after the oxygen analyzer is turned on, the oxygen analyzer is supplied with range standard gas, after the display is stable for about 10 minutes, the display value is compared with the nominal value of the standard gas. See if it is within the error range, if it is within the error range, it does not need to be modified, and if it is outside the error range, it needs to be modified. Enter the oxygen analyzer calibration setting, select user calibration, press confirm to enter, then press the menu key to select range calibration and press ▲ or ▼ key to modify the value to the "standard gas nominal value", press and hold the ▲ or ▼ key to quickly modify. After the modification, press the Enter key to save the value and automatically enter the range calibration.
4, calibration is completed
After calibration is completed, pass in zero gas to verify whether the calibration is correct, and repeat it several times, until the two points basically match.
In summary, the oxygen analyzer calibration method. By doing a good job in the calibration of the oxygen analyzer, we can effectively ensure that the results detected by the oxygen analyzer are relatively accurate each time, so as to better ensure our personal safety. After all, only by ensuring the normal amount of oxygen in the production process can we ensure safe production. A safe environment is the prerequisite for improving efficiency. Therefore, we must do a good job in the calibration of the oxygen analyzer.
