Precautions for using ozone detector:
1. The receptor point or a densely populated place, that is, the location where ozone gas can pose a threat to personnel. The main purpose of this is to protect the safety of personnel.
2. the leak point or detection point is the location where ozone gas exists. the closer the better, because ozone is chemically active and easily decomposed.
3. the installation height of the ozone detector should be lower than the leak point, because the molecular weight of ozone is larger than that of air, and ozone will spread below the leak point.
4. if the gas detector has not been used for a long time (more than 1 week), let the instrument run for a period of time (more than 10 minutes) after starting up, enter the setting mode, and observe whether the zero point of the instrument is stable at about 0. if it is not zero or the drift is large, it needs to return to zero point (oxygen detector is the target point).
5. after the instrument is tested, please wait for the value to drop before turning off the power supply. before returning to zero, please also wait for the value to drop and stabilize before operating.
