石油化工可燃气体和有毒气体检测报警设计标准》中的第5.5章节“测量范围及报警值设定”中的要求如下:
1、环境氧气的测量范围可为0~25%VOL。
2、环境氧气的过氧报警设定值宜为23.5%VOL,环境欠氧报警设定值宜为19.5%VOL。
毕竟,适宜人类生活的氧气含量是在19.5%-23.5%之间,高于这个范围则表示氧气含量过多,低于这个范围则表明氧气含量过低,所以当氧气低于19.5%VOL时氧气报警器就应发出报警提示。因此,在一般情况下,氧气报警器浓度报警值应设置在是19.5%vol和23%vol之间,当低于19.5%vol和高于23%都需要进行报警。
