An electronic materials factory required flue gas analysis for its natural gas-fired thermal oil boiler. The process required monitoring the concentrations of O2, CO, CO2, NO, NO2, and NOx to effectively control the production process.

The client found standard portable units too bulky and inconvenient for on-site use. After consultation, we recommended a handheld, portable "6-in-1" gas analyzer paired with a high-temperature sampling probe. This setup allows for on-site sampling with temperature reduction and real-time data reading.
