it was learned from the "notice on carrying out nitrogen oxide control work for gas-fired boilers" issued by Hebei province's air pollution prevention and control work leading group at the end of 2018 that gas-fired boilers of 20 steam tons/hour and above should be equipped with automatic monitoring facilities for air pollution sources, connected with environmental protection departments, and installed with distributed control system (DCS system). Gas boilers below 20 steam tons/hour shall be equipped with nitrogen oxide tail gas analyzers, and on-site inspection shall be able to provide emission monitoring data for at least one year.
The battle for the treatment of nitrogen oxides in gas-fired boilers is still going on. For reducing nitrogen oxide emissions, the installation of nitrogen oxide analyzers also continues to put forward construction requirements. At present, the NOX nitrogen oxide on-line monitoring system TH2000-C is widely used in the low nitrogen transformation work, to ensure the safe operation of the boiler and the continuous improvement of air quality plays an important role.
it is understood that yiyuntian TH2000-C nitrogen oxide online monitoring system is mainly used in the gas analysis industry, and is suitable for gas detection and analysis in "1, low 2 and high humidity" occasions, I .e. low dust, high temperature and high humidity occasions, including gas boiler tail gas monitoring, pollution source online monitoring, flue gas emission, desulfurization and denitration, boiler tail gas, sewage pipeline gas detection and analysis, high temperature and high humidity gas detection and other occasions.
The nitrogen oxide online monitoring system can quickly and accurately measure the concentration of nitrogen oxides, can realize real-time detection of nitrogen oxide concentration, and can store more than one year of emission monitoring data. Specifically, the sampling unit collects the flue gas or the measured gas on the site. The pretreatment unit cools, dehumidifies and filters the dust, and makes the temperature and humidity of the measured gas constant within a certain range. The gas detection unit detects and analyzes the delivered gas, displays the measured gas concentration on the display screen in real time, and transmits the data signal to terminals such as PLC or computer, it can also be transmitted to local environmental protection bureaus or cloud servers through wireless GPRS(DTU) or network, and users can read data from the server to realize global network monitoring and analysis. The whole process is automated and does not require human intervention.
In addition, the TH2000-C gas pretreatment system has a built-in two-stage electronic condensation dehumidification system and a 0.5-meter fine dust filter sampling head (flange installation), with a sampling distance of 40 meters, which can automatically cool down, automatically drain and filter tar.
Yiyuntian said that for the detection and analysis of gases that are easily soluble in water and the outdoor freezing environment in northern winter, in order to prevent freezing of sampling pipelines, it is necessary to select heat preservation and electric heat tracing constant temperature control systems. If the dryness and cleanliness of the measured gas are required to be very high, the on-line monitoring and pretreatment system TH3000 of Yiyuntian flue gas can be selected, including heat preservation and electric tracing constant temperature control system and two-stage high-efficiency compressor water-cooled dehumidification system, which can stably control the dew point of the gas at 4 ℃ or 5 ℃, meet the actual demand to the greatest extent, and strengthen the treatment and monitoring of nitrogen oxides.
